Oprah Winfrey is hosting a competition to find the next tv star. The winner will get their own talk show on her network OWN. Cyrus Webb believes this would be a great avenue to give his platform and you, the public, a worldwide voice.

In order to help Cyrus reach this goal, you are asked to do the following:

SHARE: The top 5 videos with the most votes will move on the finals after July 3, 2010.
